Bluffers review: Bluffers Restaurant and Event Centre made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive. They handled multiple food allergies and restrictions with ease, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. The team truly went above and beyond, treating us and our guests like family. On top of all that, the venue was incredibly affordable, making it the perfect choice for our special day. Thanks to their dedication, our special day became a dream come true! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

My family of 7 got together one evening last week for a birthday celebration. I am the only one who has been here before (once before covid). We had a lovely evening..from the views to the service to the food. It was a nice clear evening, the water calm like glass and the sun setting over the bluff as we dined. My critique would be to not allow bikes to be chained to the railing along the deck/walkway into the restaurant entrance as that impeded the view of the marina and lake beyond while sitting at our table. Our server was engaging, funny and attentive. Appreciated the offer of a 10% discount if paying with cash. The bussers ‘uniform’ may have been to wear anything black I’m assuming? It was amusing to see a Guns & Roses t-shirt worn by one of them. May be construed by some as a less put together than upscale atmosphere. We all loved the food. Nice portions. The fresh table bread was a great start and the taramosalata and tzatziki dips smooth with flavour while not too strong. We all loved the souvlaki (5 of the 7 ordered it) and the tanginess in the salad dressing. One ordered the octopus and enjoyed it but didn’t care for the rapini side dish. A few at the table then tried it and didn’t like the bitterness—but upon googling and discussing with friends since, rapini is in fact supposed to be bitter so we will leave it up my family not being super well cultured. lol Parking was easy as we were dining on a Thursday evening and in April, so before high season at The Bluffs. Noticed that at the top of the accessibility ramp there is quite a step to get over so not exactly sure how a single wheelchair user would navigate this. We just had lunch here and loved it! The decor is gorgeous. Super cozy and stylish with friendly staff. Food was amazing with really good portions, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Definitely coming back!

I’m glad to come to the restaurant for my husband’s birthday. I don’t expect the big dishes. The fish cakes are highly recommended. Beautiful lake view! Fantastic and friendly staff and manager. You won’t get disappointed. Nice to go out for a night stroll. Definitely come back later.

Food was amazing looking. And Ms.Dora is a fantastic person,s he is very patient, attentive and caring. It was a real pleasure meeting her and I wish her all the best.

We made reservations for a company lunch and the staff were extremely catering and friendly the entire time. The restaurant has a lovely patio with a view of the bluffs marina. All of the dishes were very generous portion sizes so they are easy to share. The greek dishes such as the chicken souvlaki and grilled octopus were well presented and cooked perfectly.

I came for Mother’s Day weekend and I have to say, the experience was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious — the steaks were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and tasted like something from a Michelin-starred kitchen no joke and I am hard to impress. I had visited about two months ago for my birthday, and honestly, I wasn’t too impressed back then my steak was overdone last time. But this time, we decided to give it another shot because my mom wanted to try it — and I’m so glad we did. The improvement was night and day! The quality flavours, and attention to detail were spot-on this time around. Impressed with the chefs and staff — you truly made this a special day for us. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The food was exceptional—delicious, beautifully presented, and offered in generous portions. You get incredible value for your money with their fair prices. The view from the restaurant is stunning, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. And to top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this place—definitely deserves five stars!
